So far, so good.

Since my last post, much time has gone by, but I have been busy. One of the things I was doing in my spare time was cleaning up a pile of firewood. A friend of mine, and a neighbor also gave me a bunch of maple that I had to cut up and split. Now we have a little extra heating fuel reserves (wood).

As a follow up to my last post, I called Tarm to clear up a few of my questions. Their support person took the time over the phone to answer all of my questions, and was very helpful. He explained how the documents tossed in with the manual were newer addendums, so I am to follow those.

I have the boiler mostly piped up with a pump and the big mixing valve. Now I just need to finalize a few things, and then I should be able to test it out sometime before October. One thing I need to get is a reducer collar for my flue because my chimney has an eight-inch flue, but the boiler is only a six-inch pipe.
